Payment Terms

These Payment Terms comply with German financial supervision laws and EU online transaction regulations, governing all payment procedures, security, verification, invoicing, and dispute resolution for orders on www.relavia.shop.
Accepted Payment Methods
We support secure mainstream European payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and authorized EU third-party payment channels. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL secure gateways. Relavia does not store or access your full card details or private payment credentials.
Order Payment Rules
All orders require full online payment at checkout. Cash on delivery, offline bank transfer, and installment payments are not supported. Orders are confirmed and processed only after successful full payment. Unpaid pending orders will be automatically cancelled after system timeout to prevent inventory occupation.
Currency and Tax Information
All product prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include statutory German VAT. No hidden fees, handling charges, or additional surcharges will be added during checkout. The final checkout amount is the total payable price for your order.
Payment Security and Anti-Fraud Verification
We use industry-standard encryption and anti-fraud systems to protect transaction security. For orders with abnormal risks, including unusual IP addresses, frequent order placement, or abnormal amounts, we reserve the right to conduct identity verification and order review. Risky orders may be suspended or cancelled to prevent fraud, with email notifications sent to customers.
Refund Rules
All full or partial refunds will be processed via the original payment channel. Refund arrival times depend on bank or payment provider processing cycles, typically 3–10 working days. We are not responsible for financial institution processing delays.
Electronic Invoices
If you require a commercial invoice, please submit a request via hello@relavia.shop within 7 working days after order completion with complete invoice details. We will issue and send official electronic invoices free of charge in compliance with German tax regulations.
Payment Dispute Handling
If you encounter payment issues such as successful payment but unpaid order status, repeated deductions, or incorrect charges, please contact our customer service with payment screenshots and transaction records. We will verify and resolve valid disputes within 3 working days.
